Fortunately, when the human race has its back against the wall, we become our most innovative. As an example, war has resulted in many disruptive technologies over the years.
Of course, we don’t want a war, but we do have a virus waging war against us.
While we are trying to get ahead of this bug, it is already resulting in some pretty sad outcomes. There has been an enormous amount of death, unemployment, economic upset, and a major growth in anxiety and anxiety-related illness around the world.
Whilst we know about the above, we are all very grateful to be in New Zealand where we at least have the bug contained.
There’s power in coming together to find solutions.
I may not be able to offer much for stopping the bug, but Imak Advice can help you with Financial Advice to help you navigate through 2021.
This is the year our industry changes and new regulations come into force
We’ve been looking forward to these changes for some time. They should result in Kiwi’s getting better advice and service from their adviser and insurance company.
For us, a big focus is delivering a better client experience. Getting lots of ideas around the table will help. So, I am going to be brave and ask you to contact me if you have any suggestions you feel could be helpful.
We appreciate some people like a lot of contact and others prefer almost none. There may be some that feel we (Imak) have not measured up? If that’s you, I would really appreciate knowing.
You can contact me, Darryl anytime. I promise to listen.
We’re open to any suggestions you have for how Imak Advice could improve in the future. We’d also like to hear if you feel we may have let you down or done better in the past. You’re welcome to tell us what you enjoy about Imak too.
At Imak Advice, we are committed to the following standards:
We hope these match your experience. If not, please let me know. I’m also happy to answer your questions anytime.
